Water Jet and Abrasive Jet cutting:

• Water jet and abrasive jet technology is a state-of-the-art cutting method accomplished by forcing water or water with an abrasive through a .007 diameter orifice at approximately 60,000psi.
• Jet cutting uses software-controlled, robotic motion systems, not hard tooling, so there simply are no costly, time-consuming tool charges required to accommodate an infinite variety of shapecutting.
• Unmatched versatility: Cut rubber to composites to metals (virtually any shape or material).
• Cutting Surface: 6 ft X 12ft (accomodates large sheets).

Die Cutting:

• B&J Rubber Products will custom design die-cut parts to your specifications.
• We will review your requirements and help refine your ideas into finished parts.

Adhesive Application:

• Pressure sensitive adhesive is applied to many different elastomers by elastomer dependent application methods.
• Solvent activated adhesives are also available.

Laminating:

• A process in which same or different elastomers are bonded together to achieve a custom thickness and/or profile.
